Where to next? The future travel now

Where to next? The future travel now

What does travel look like a few years* from now, a lot less painful than it does today. Examining travel and sharing our own experiences, the team was tasked to maintain the AOR title Digitas had held with Delta for years

*a few years from now being 2011, to date, Delta is still rolling out some of these ideas

Eliminate pain points

Eliminate pain points

From daydreaming to your return home, the acts of booking, preparing, moving through and completing the journey is riddled with hurdles. Where are the right points to remove them?

Keep it exciting

Keep it exciting

Make the preparation for the flight as exciting as learning about your destination. Leverage the new technology and resources to binge watch your favorite shows, watch content you’d never see elsewhere and read to your heart’s content

Mobile at it's finest

Mobile at it's finest

Use your phone for what it’s good for, making transit and transitions a bit easier, map the interior of the airport to catch a connection, have the media you want in your seat travel with you while you wait, keep all your information a touch away

Traveling with friends?

Traveling with friends?

Or making new ones, either way, use networking apps and the ability to identify fellow team members on the way to buy a drink or upgrade and get to know one another

and in the end

and in the end

Get all the updates from your trip, new friends and a nudge to take that vacation you’ve been dreaming about

All this and more secured Digitas the AOR title it held so proudly as well as a 20% boost in annual budget
